You can’t fit big loose leaf tea into a normal paper tea bag. That’s why our teas come in tea “temples” – a roomy, mesh tea bag that gives the leaves the freedom to move about and release their big, bold flavor. Loose tea – in a bag.

It may be chilly and grey outside but this all natural gingery lemony brew will sweep you away to a British summers day – homemade lemonade, traditional ginger beer, croquet and morris dancers (ok perhaps a step too far). There is no match for the ginger kick and refreshing lemon in this infusion.
How does it taste?
A ginger kick with refreshing lemon, this classic blend is perfect hot for cold season!

Mellow – this lemon and gingery blend will lift your spirits on even the cloudiest of days. Try it iced in the summer for a refreshing drink.
Packaging breakdown
Tea temple:
Our tea bags (or tea temples!) are made from plant starch and the label on the end of the string is made from simple, old-fashioned paper. Even the ink on the label is vegetable-based, and everything is sealed with heat – so no glue! As a result, our tea temples have the ability to break down to their original state, so you can pop them in your commercial compost collection.
Inner bag:
Whilst the inner bag may look like plastic it is actually made from wood pulp. This means you can pop them in your home compost.
Outer carton:
We use sustainable FSC certified paperboard for our outer cartons so you can simply pop them in your recycling bin.
